Kerry is a Gulf War Veteran who spent eight years in the Air Force and since 2004 is proud to call Kansas City home. He loves the overall vibe of Kansas City and is extremely excited to be a part of the local yoga community. Kerry has a BS in Business Management, is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and has been retired since 2014. Suffering from chronic pain and PTSD since his military days, Kerry understands first hand the numerous benefits of yoga and meditation for pain reduction and mental clarity. He is a yoga instructor that recognizes and believes that yoga can cause both physical and mental transformations that result in less pain, reduced PTSD symptoms and a reduction in stress. He provides a variety of classes that serve those looking for a physical challenge as well as a complete mindfulness/meditation practice. He realizes that people come to the mat at all different levels with different intentions and he welcomes everyone to come and make the class their unique yoga experience.
His personal objective is to make yoga available and affordable to everyone in the broader KCMO Community by providing a variety of yoga classes, workshops and teacher training in a space that is comprised of unconditional love and acceptance.
He is available for private or corporate yoga, mindfulness, meditation as well as health and wellness classes.

Karlee is a yoga teacher and registered dietitian who found a new home in KCMO after fleeing from the corn and cows of Iowa. She loves eating good food and outdoor adventures, but she especially loves providing the movement and breath and love that you need to not lose your shit. Karlee’s passion is to help you live a more fearless, healthy life through powerful nutrition and joyful movement.
Karlee offers nutrition counseling for individuals and groups on a variety of interests through her business, Moxie Mind. She specializes in mindful and intuitive eating, as well as practical nutrition plans for athletes and active people.
